JMA was commissioned to design a band shell for the Cedar Lake Park Foundation. The goal was to redesign their current event area and create a venue large enough to accommodate musical groups, such as the Northwest Indiana Symphony Orchestra. Incorporating the Town’s sailboat-themed logo, and meeting with the director of the orchestra to determine their requirements, JMA created a contemporary venue that can be enjoyed by listeners seated on the land or boating on the lake.
