The American Institute of Architects offers excellent advice in getting value out of the professionals you hire. They state “Look for a good listener and you’ll find a good architect.” One of the elements that our clients repeatedly compliment us on is our ability to listen. We conduct client meetings, generate minutes, gain input, make adjustments, and repeat the process as many times as the client deems necessary so that when the time comes for an architect to sit down and design the project, the outcome is as expected. Time wasted is money wasted. We value our clients too much to see that happen.
