JMA developed a master plan for the Village of University Park in 2003. After conducting a needs assessment it was determined that the Village should build a new police facility, renovate and add an addition to their current fire station, and relocate their administrative offices.
The police department has been designed and built. JMA also designed a small addition to the fire department, along with some minor renovations. We also designed a renovation for a building selected for their administrative offices.
