JMA was hired to design the Village of South Holland Public Works Facility. The new facility is made of precast concrete and consists of a 43,723 square foot single story shop area, a 7,176 square foot two story office area, and 5,636 square feet of mezzanine storage. It will contain administrative offices, a training room, a break area, abundant storage, various maintenance shops (sign, park, traffic control, fabrication), and vehicle bays.
