The Barack Obama Library is a shared use, partnership facility serving both the residents of the Village of Phoenix and the students of School District 151. This facility was designed with movable partitions so that during the day, the students have the security of an isolated school library, and after the school day ends, the partition is removed and the entire library is opened to the community. JMA was selected to not only design the project, but to also serve as construction manager.
